Use of SOAR Profile Report for assessing one’s style of communication behavior is a straightforward process based on simple instructions and the software platform. However, to explore the full benefits into varied applications, both for professional and personal development, and with individuals and groups, a SOAR certified professional can add much value by properly interpreting the Profile Report in different contexts and using that information in various aspects of their clients’ lives and organization.

SOAR Certified Practitioner

A SOAR Practitioner is normally someone who wishes to utilize the tools we provide and the concept of Personality Profiles to improve the lives of other individuals and/or organizations. By delving deeper into the inter-workings of personality profiles and the SOAR tools, you will be able to understand the why behind out behavior at a much deeper level. You will also learn how to identify others’ personality styles, how to interpret SOAR Profile Reports, multiple ways to apply this knowledge, and much, much more.

This certification takes place in an interactive and collaborative, small-group, 2-3 day workshop. These courses can be attended in person or online, but they are always LIVE and taught by our very own Master Trainers.

In addition to understanding what is behind a SOAR Profile and all the different ways to use and apply the results of the assessment, Practitioners have access to our SOAR 7.0 Platform where they can purchase and manage multiple licenses. This is an innovative solution for individuals that are seeking to make a profession out of SOAR or to utilize our tools professionally. Many counselors, coaches, leaders, HR professionals, career advisors and pastors have added value to their services by incorporating what they learned in the SOAR Certification to their work. The SOAR 7.0 platform gives them tools to add and assign licenses (SOAR Profiles) to their accounts and keep a database of reports, potential clients, and inventory.

SOAR Certified Master Practitioner

Those Practitioners who wish to have their professional experience with SOAR officially recognized and acquire a higher level of proficiency on the application of the SOAR approach based on the Profile Report, can pursue the Master certification. He/ she will learn deeper SOAR concepts and to apply the 12 Soar tools, and basics of mentoring and coaching. The candidate SOAR Practitioner has to have a proven experience of providing at least 100 SOAR Profile feedbacks, with no negative feedback reported from his/ her clients. The course is delivered exclusively in interactive classroom format lasting 2 days, when participants will be taken through practical situations using specialized applications and structuring of individual and group development solutions, also in organizational contexts.

The SOAR Certified Master Practitioner can lead individuals to become Practitioners, and may call a specific SOAR Certification training when gathering a group of at least 15 of them. He/ She will then participate in this training and be commissioned for it. Every Individual and he/ she led to become a Practitioner will be linked to him/ her through the SOAR 7.0 platform, benefiting from all the SOAR Profile licenses they acquire through him/ her. Additionally, the SOAR Certified Master Practitioner may be invited by SOAR GI to meet specific demands for specialized applications and consulting projects. A Master Certified Practitioner will need to renew his/ her qualification by undergoing a recycling course delivered online, at least every two years.
